Welcome to the Oswald

We offer seven comfortable apartments in various sizes for up to seven guests. All apartments are furnished with fully equipped kitchens and newly renovated bathrooms with shower and toilet. The apartments on the upper floors also feature one or two balconies with breathtaking views. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a sunny terrace.

Haus Oswald is located in the center of Ellmau, close to shops and restaurants. The chapel park, tennis courts, and children’s playground are also just a few minutes’ walk away. Our guests receive a 30% discount on green fees at the Wilder Kaiser golf course.

In winter, Haus Oswald is always easily accessible by car. The local ski schools, practice lifts, and cross-country ski trail can all be reached conveniently on foot. The ski bus stop is located directly in front of the house.

A free parking space is available for each apartment directly at the house or in our carport (reservation possible).

Please note that pets are expressly welcome at Oswald (maximum 1 pet per apartment). If you prefer accommodation without pets, we recommend our sister property, Appartements Hubenhof, where you can enjoy your holiday in the town center in a pet-free environment.
